Raging Speedhorn were formed in 1998 from a merger between bands ‘Soulcellar’ and ‘Box’. The band quickly established themselves as a major presence within the UK's metal scene. Featuring two vocalists John Loughlin and Frank Regan, the music can be characterised by pounding basslines, heavily distorted riff-thick guitarwork and lyrics driven by drug-use, violence, antipathy for major band labels and depression.
