Who Feels Love was the second single taken from Standing on the Shoulder of Giants, the fourth studio album release from Britpop rockers Oasis.

The single peaked at no 4 in the charts in April 2000 but didn’t have as much success as the other 12 singles released by the band. The album had a ‘psychedelic’ feel, which was similar to the Beetles song ‘Rain’. One of the B sides featured on the single was a cover of the Beatles 1968 song Helter Skelter
