This is an original concert poster as used at the time of the promotion and extremely rare and collectible, this size particular 60" x 40" poster being exclusive to The Original Poster Shop and sourced directly from the printers who were commissioned by the promoters back in 1996.

On the 10th August 1996, Oasis played the then fastest-selling ticket in concert history at Knebworth Park, known as the defining weekend in Britpop.

Their career reached its peak at Knebworth where they performed to 250,000 people every night. They broke the record for outdoor concerts and to this day, it remains the largest show in demand in British history. It is alleged that 1 in every 20 people in UK applied for tickets. The brothers Gallagher were supported by The Charlatans, Kula Shaker, Manic Street Preachers, The Bootleg Beatles, The Chemical Brothers, Ocean Color Scene and The Prodigy.
