Love is a Deserter was released in June 2005, peaking at No 44 in the UK Singles Charts and No 4 on the Indie Charts. It would be the first single release from the bands second studio album, the critically acclaimed’ No Wow. 

Known for their gritty energetic performances The Kills have gained notoriety around the globe, touring with Queens of the Stone Age, Foo Fighters and Artic Monkeys
