The Libertines are an english rock band formed by Peter Doherty and Carl Barât. They released 2 successful albums, with their second self titled album hitting number one in August 2004. Their music however was shadowed by their internal conflicts, stemming from Doherty's addictions to crack cocaine and heroin, which grabbed the media’s attention and subsequently led to the breakup of the band in 2004. They reformed in 2010 and played at ‘Reading and Leeds Festival’. All of our Libertines posters are 100% original and exclusive to the Original Poster Shop.
